Procedures – what to bring

On the day of your procedure:

• The Gastrointestinal Centre paperwork completed by the patient
• Referral from your GP if we do not already have it
• Form of payment for facility fee if applicable (this will be discussed at time of booking)
• Medicare Card
• Health Fund, Pension, Health Care and/or DVA card

What to wear

• Comfortable clothing with short sleeves
• You may be required to change into a hospital gown depending on your procedure
