- Referral from your GP if we do not already have it
- Scans or Xrays
- Medicare or DVA card, Pension or Health Care Card
- Money to cover consultation fee (if applicable)
- Consultations are bulk billed for holders of an Aged Pension card. Reduced fees are charged for Health Care Card and part Pension Card holders.
